An item is sold out, will you restock?

Yes we will restock on all items on the website. We will restock on items as soon as possible. 

An item(s) I wanted is no longer on the website will it be back? 

The item(s) will not be put back on the website but if you still want the item contact us and we'll talk about the processes to get the item(s). You will need a Paypal for this transaction to happen. 

Can I return something I ordered? 

Yes you can. Contact us at nawstyclothing@gmail.com as fast as possible and depending on the timing will either stop the order or tell you to return the item(s) when you receive it. We will also give you a address to send the item(s) to when you email us.

You may only return the item(s)to us within 10 days from which shipment was received. We will gladly issue an exchange as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. 

Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.

How long does it take for me to receive my order? 

It takes 4-5 days for you to receive your order. Please be patience if you haven't receive your order in this time, you will receive your order. Check your tracking info if you start to get impatience and your not sure when your order will arrive.

I never received my order, what should I do? 

You should check your tracking info. If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

I haven't received my tracking info, what should I do?

You should look in your spam first. If it's not there please wait for one to two days then check your email again. If you haven't received it by then email us atnawstyclothing@gmail.com so we can send you another one.
